'School' Live Bar - Everything about this place screams grunge! We didn't go inside as the bar was closed during the day, but I can only imagine the type of music played inside.
I took this photo whilst on a walking tour through the Beijing hutongs. A hutong is an alleyway formed by joining the siheyuan (traditional residences) together. Hutongs date back to the Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368).
This particular hutong had been converted into a commercial laneway with trendy bars, shops and cafes.
